Quality Testing Facilities

Physical Test: Particle Size of Analysis Instrument By Laser, High-precision Fluxmeter and Gaussmeter, Metallographic Microscope, Thickness gauge for the layer of plating coat, PCT tester, spraying salt tester, and testing instrument for magnetic characteristics of permanent magnet materials, including magnet characteristic temperature measuring device and nondestructive inspection of large-size magnet etc.

Chemical Test: ICAP Solid State Spectrograph, Carbon-sulphur Determinator, and Oxygen concentration Instrument.

All the main quality testing facilities are imported from the US, Germany and Japan.
