Quality Guarantee: Establishment of strict quality guarantee and control system. Exercise of quality veto system by the quality controller authorized by the general manager. Import of advanced equipment, including principal production equipment and testing instruments. Production automation will ensure all technological parameters are within the range of automatic control. Through on-line and off-line control, quality control and test is carried out throughout the whole process from purchase of raw materials to after-sale service.
Product Stability and Consistence, including:
Consistence of the same lot, i.e. product stability of the same furnace;
Consistence of the same product, i.e. consistence of different parts of the same product;
Consistence of the same type, i.e. consistence among different lots of the same type;
